Jordan experienced failure early when he went door-to-door selling subscriptions for The Oregonian newspaper as an 8th grader.
To this day, Jordan holds the lesson he learned from that job dear to his heart: the sale doesn’t start until the customer says no. Take your failures, turn them into opportunities for improvement, and make a routine out of your successful habits.

Jordan: "When it comes to entrepreneurship, you've got to really embrace failure because if you're not trying, you're not gonna fail. But if you're actually out there executing and becoming a practitioner of your craft, you're gonna fail a ton. And it's okay as long as you look at it and you say, hey, what are the lessons I can take away from this?"
Brian: "I think success, maybe in general, is being vulnerable enough and putting yourself in positions enough to have to face failure frequently."
Jordan: "Your why has to be there. Make sure you have clarity in your purpose because it's not for the faint of heart. You go from salary to commission real quick."
Jordan: "What I know about routines is when you take action, that creates momentum. Momentum creates consistency, consistency creates habits, habits create results. If you can have this set of things that you do consistently, you're just gonna turn into a better version of you."
