This episode of the Success Fundamentals Podcast features Margaret Barrow, an English professor and founder of It's Nola Snack. A passion for sharing and a desire for more people to eat healthily became the catalyst for It's Nola's birth.
As a testament to Margaret's ability to impact others, it was through her students' initiative which made her realize that her product is viable. And true to her passion to teach, 10% of her company's sales are used to support college mentorship programs.
Margaret's mission is to disrupt the granola bar industry which has become increasingly unhealthy. By creating a bite-sized, vegan alternative, she hopes for people to retake their health in a delicious way. She also shares the importance of mentorship in creating a successful business and having a why that keeps you going.
