Have you heard of the Body Mass Index? This number could be the most critical number to track when it comes to your overall health. The Body Mass Index or BMI is a number that is calculated using not only your weight, but also your height. It helps you establish a target weight range the you should strive to achieve based on how tall you are. It doesn’t actually measure a percentage of body fat but is a great number to know in addition to your body fat percentage. Use this handy BMI calculator spreadsheet to see where you are at.
